With a green area of more than 70% of the city, it would be the greenest city in the world.
According to the early conceptual urban plans, we should achieve this goal.
Pure energy
All rental flats will be supplied throughout the year by solar electricity only,
combined with secure and flexible energy storage. Photovoltaics will be also combined with agriculture.
Safe transport
One of the main features of our urban design is to address ground traffic away from residential blocks, sensitive public spaces and away from recreational green space to make people feel safe and undisturbed.
Mindful education
Education in EC is free and based on democratic traditions, understanding the essence and respect to others.
Great time
Good infrastructure and well thought-out planning make life in the EC comfortable, safe and inspiring. Everyone can enjoy their favourite pastime, from active recreation to culture, exploration or just relaxation.
